As The Clare Project embarks on their 20th year as an essential service for the trans, non-binary, intersex and gender-variant (TNBI) community across East Sussex, we are looking for a new addition to our team to support us during an exciting period of growth.

The Development Worker role will take a lead in ensuring our community-led approach is both sustainable and representative of our unique work. Other responsibilities include supporting us in expanding our TNBI inclusion and awareness training offering; developing our volunteer package; contributing to our commitment towards improving the accessibility of services for those from under-represented groups in our community, and more.

To receive more information, including on how to apply, please email g.hutchins@clareproject.org.uk or call 07464229395 and leave a message.

Please note we welcome applications from the trans, non-binary, intersex and gender-variant community. Further to this, we recognize that those from Black trans communities, and non-Black People of Colour are under-represented in our team, in addition to those with disabilities. As a course of positive action in order to improve community representation in our team, we actively encourage applications from these under-represented groups.
