From May 2026 onwards, the Online Care Navigator Drop-in will run at 6pm-7pm (instead of 5:30pm-6:30pm).
There is also now a hybrid option for the in-person Care Navigator drop-in that’s held on the 4th monday of the month at 11am-1pm. If you would like to join by Zoom, email carenavigators@clareproject.org.uk.
