Sussex for over 21 years, The Clare Project is looking to expand and diversify our
service offering in order to reflect the increase in demand of support. We are
currently offering a mixture of online and face-to-face opportunities for our members

informal advice and support. We also regularly operate a variety of workshops and
opportunities, such as community consultations, talks on TNBI-specific issues and
engagement events.
We are looking to recruit 1-2 Group Facilitators that are keen to join our expanding
team who are passionate about the power of community-led support, particularly for
intersectional groups including those who are neurodivergent and/or autistic, People
of Colour, people with disabilities and/or long-term health conditions, and those aged
over 50. Further to this, as an organisation we are looking to expand our
geographical reach across Sussex, particularly to re-engage more socially isolated
and digitally excluded community members following the impact of Covid-19.
How to apply:
Please send your CV (no more than 2 x sides of A4) and a brief covering letter (no
more than 1 side of A4) to g.hutchins@clareproject.org.uk
Please note we welcome applications from the trans, non-binary, intersex and
